후오비, 영국령 버진아일랜드 거래소 운영 허가 획득
중국 거래소 후오비(Huobi)가 영국령 버진 아일랜드에서 사업 허가를 취득했다고 발표했다. CoinDesk에 따르면 Huobi의 자회사인 Brtuomi Worldwide Limited는 최근 영국령 버진 아일랜드 금융 서비스 위원 (British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission)로부터 거래소 운영 라이선스를 취득했다. 앞서 후오비는 지난 4월부터 금융위원회가 운영하는 핀테크 규제 샌드박스에 참여한 바 있다.

Chinese exchange Huobi has announced that it has obtained a business license in the British Virgin Islands. According to CoinDesk, Brtuomi Worldwide Limited, a subsidiary of Huobi, recently obtained a license to operate the exchange from the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission. Previously, it has participated in the Fintech regulatory sandbox operated by the Financial Services Commission since last April.
